By accessing Bridge or registering your interest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of Bridge.

Description of service

Bridge is a career development tool that analyses your CV against job descriptions to identify skill gaps, recommend projects, and help you build a stronger professional profile. Bridge is currently in pre-launch; early access is provided on an invite-only basis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bridge. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your content

You retain ownership of any CV text, job descriptions, or other content you submit to Bridge. By submitting content, you grant Bridge a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing your analysis results. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Bridge to: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; submit false or misleading information; harass, impersonate, or harm other users; use automated tools to abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, design, and code that make up the Bridge product are owned by Bridge. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or other brand elements without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Bridge is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any match score or project recommendation will lead to employment outcomes. Career decisions are your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (which during early access is £0).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bridge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
